Pricing questions
Yes. Every account gets one free catalog audit: up to 100 products from one store, an AI-readiness score from 0 to 100 and the top issues. You don't need a card. Applying fixes, AI enrichment and monitoring need a paid plan.
Yes, from the billing portal, any time. An upgrade takes effect at once and you pay only the difference for the days left in the period. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Monthly plans have no long-term commitment. An annual plan is paid for the year up front, and cancelling stops the renewal but doesn't refund the current year.
Starter covers one store and the essentials: audit, fixes, feeds, AI order tracking and product monitoring in AI answers. Growth adds AI content generation and up to five stores. Agency adds brand monitoring in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini and up to fifteen stores. The comparison table above has the details.

ShopToAI works with WooCommerce on WordPress. Our plugin adds the JSON-LD with your approved fixes to your product pages and turns off duplicate markup from WooCommerce and common SEO plugins. Other platforms aren't available yet.
We ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini the questions your customers ask and record whether your products appear in the answers and whether the price shown matches your catalog. You can compare the results before and after your fixes. Answers in the assistants' own apps can differ.
Prices exclude VAT. If your business has a VAT number from an EU country other than Estonia, add it on the billing page before you pay. We check it in VIES, and once it is confirmed, no VAT is added (reverse charge). Businesses in Estonia and numbers VIES cannot confirm pay VAT at the applicable rate. Customers outside the EU pay no EU VAT; if a local tax applies, checkout shows it. Outside the eurozone, checkout may show your local currency at the payment provider's rate.
Up to fifteen client stores in one account, with the product limit shared across them. You send each client a report as a link or PDF with your logo and track how ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini mention your client's brand.
